Christal is a high-achiever with a strong work ethic. She thrives on adversity and constantly sets goals for herself to work toward. Christal is not content with settling, and she is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve herself and achieve greater things. She created this blog in order to raise awareness for anyone who is suffering from depression, as well as for those who are unaware of what depression is all about. She also stated that raising awareness about depression and suicide is extremely important because when people who are depressed and experiencing suicidal thoughts feel misunderstood or discriminated against, it can have deadly consequences. Her approach to assisting those who are feeling down and depressed is outlined in this article.
